Utilizing effective shiatsu moves, we will work with you on breathing, awareness and letting go of tension. You’ll be floating back to the office invigorated and ready to take on the rest of the day. Bring it!

This full body session begins with Swedish bodywork to increase blood circulation in your muscles, and shiatsu techniques to enhance internal health. Then, depending on how much pressure you like, we proceed to work out your knots, golf balls, crunchy spots and kinks. The session ends with blissful and centering work on your head and neck.
